Orders will typically be ready for collection within an hour. Note that pick-up confirmation emails are only sent on the day of your performance so don't worry if you haven't received one prior to that day.
Please be aware that due to the theatre's covid-safe policy, only patrons holding a valid ticket will be allowed to enter the venue. Therefore your collection day needs to be the day of your performance. You can choose to pick your order up either pre-show, during the interval, or post-show.
STALLS - if you are seated downstairs, your collection point is located at the merchandise kiosk on the ground floor next to door 3.
DRESS & GRAND CIRCLES - if you are seated upstairs, your collection point is located at the merchandise kiosk located next to door 4.
